Policy

Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are completed online without the need to create an account.
  • A valid payment card is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
  • Payment is processed online, and a confirmation email with the booking details will be sent to the provided email address.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made no later than 18:00 the day before arrival.
  • In case of late cancellation, no-show, or non-arrival, the cost of the first night will be charged to the payment card provided during booking.

Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in: From 15:00
  • Check-out: By 11:00
  • Late check-out is available for an additional fee of SEK 200 per hour until 17:00. After 17:00, a full additional night will be charged.

Payment and Communication

  • The hotel operates as a cashless establishment.
  • All payments must be made by card, and the final price will be charged in Swedish kronor (SEK).
  • Confirmation emails, receipts, and other communication will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process. Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly.

Terms & Conditions

  • Age Limit: Guests must be at least 20 years old to stay unaccompanied.
  • Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.
  • Smoking Policy: All rooms are non-smoking. A fee of SEK 2,000 will be charged for violations.
  • Child Policy: Children aged 0–7 may share their parents’ bed free of charge.
  • Damage or Missing Items: Guests will be charged for any damages or items removed from the rooms without permission.
